Returns Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any items for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
- Please include your order number and a brief reason for the return to help us improve our products and services.
How to Return an Item

Contact Us: Email our customer service team at customer_care@mumtots.co.uk to initiate your return. Please include your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.

Prepare Your Return: Securely package the item(s) you’re returning, including all original packaging and documentation.

Send It Back: We will provide you with the return address. Once received, we will process your return within 7-10 business days.
Refunds and Exchanges
- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the new item(s) once we’ve processed the return.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other returns, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
